If we are successful in seeking compensation on your behalf, we will charge you 24% of the amount recovered.
You can cancel with us at anytime. In the first 14-day cooling off period, there will never be a charge. However, if you cancel after that cooling off period, and we have already carried out work on your behalf, we may charge you a termination fee. For further detail about the termination fee, please see more information here.
Please be assured that, if we determine that no claim can be made on your behalf, there is never a termination fee.
Our fee already includes VAT and is payable on the entire amount recovered by our work, even if you don’t personally receive that full amount (it might be the case that you owe money to the party that the claim is made against, and that is deducted first).
If anything about our fees is is unclear, please don’t hesitate to ask!
Because it’s not always easy thinking in percentages, here are some general examples:
If we recovered £1,000 for you, we would charge you £240.
If we recovered £3,000 for you, we would charge you £720.
If we recovered £10,000 for you, we would charge you £2,400.
Please note that these examples are wholly general and should not be taken as an estimate of what you personally could recover, so the fee you pay could be more or less than the charges above.
